Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or any non-defective items.

All sales are considered final unless the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Defective or Damaged Products

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at:

To process your request, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Proof of purchase

  • Clear photos/videos showing the issue

Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be approved under the following conditions:

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The product is defective

  • You received the wrong item

Refunds are not allowed for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect orders made by the customer

  • Used or damaged items caused by misuse

  • Sale items or gift cards

Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time.

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. The item must remain unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
